Nothing special here. For an 8-team league I'd like better than McNabb and two guys I wouldn't consider starting.
RB: B
Turner and Westbrook are two above average fantasy backs and Smith as the 3rd and Rice at #4 works okay.
WR: B
I'd trade Housh and Smith for a better RB personally. It's a good unit but I think Housh is extremely overrated right now. Trade him while his value is high. You'll be just fine with AJ, Braylon, and Roy.
TE: C
Decent enough for yardage.
DEF/K: C-
Tampa is going to be a horrible fantasy defense I think. Tennessee is still top 10 but down a notch without Haynesworth. I don't worry about kickers. They are hard to figure out.
Overall: C
It's not a horrible team but you'll have to hope your players stay healthy. I'd expect more in an 8-teamer really. Still though, you have a chance. Drop Tampa's defense for sure and pick up someone else. Work on a trade involving Housh. Maybe Housh and McNabb for Peyton if anyone will bite on that. I think guys like Hakeem Nicks, Chris Henry, and Kenny Britt will do close to what Housh ends up with but at a much cheaper price.
